Nellie Niakossary is a versatile and experienced attorney who brings a unique blend of Southern charm and California legal expertise to her practice. Born and raised in Alabama, Nellie's roots instilled in her a strong work ethic and dedication to client service that continue to define her legal career today.

With over five years of experience, Nellie specializes in a diverse range of practice areas, including personal injury, construction law, business law, corporate law, and healthcare law. She is also well-versed in the complex and evolving field of cannabis law and regulatory compliance.

Nellie currently serves as Of Counsel at Bausch Law Group PC, where she focuses on personal injury cases, and at The Cromeens Law Firm, PLLC, where she handles construction and business law matters. She is also the Managing Attorney of her own firm, Niakossary Law, P.C., where she advises clients on corporate, business, and construction law issues. Prior to her current roles, Nellie honed her skills as an Associate Attorney at Katchko, Vitiello, & Karikomi, PC, where she gained extensive experience in corporate law, commercial cannabis law, and regulatory compliance.

A graduate of Whittier Law School, Nellie earned her Juris Doctor in 2017. She completed her undergraduate studies at Birmingham-Southern College, obtaining a Bachelor of Arts, Global and Comparative Studies in 2014. Nellie was admitted to the California State Bar in December 2018.

When not serving her clients, Nellie embraces a full and active lifestyle. An avid traveler, she has explored over 20 countries, bringing a global perspective to her legal practice. Nellie values quality time with friends and family. She maintains her physical and mental well-being through regular gym sessions, Pilates classes, and rollerblading along the beach. A music enthusiast, Nellie frequently attends live concerts, appreciating the energy and artistry of live performances.
